Go Outside

Whether it’s 100 degrees or -10 degrees, being outside is good for you. If you’re outside, you’re moving your body and interacting with people, which should be goals you complete every single day. Just get up and get out that door, it’s never as bad as you think.
Eat 3 Meals

Having regular meals will make you sleep better, wake up easier, and be more hungry at the right times. Even if you’re not hungry, if you haven’t eaten in 4-6 hours it’s time to reach for your next meal–you might have trained yourself not to fuel your body, and it’s time to break the cycle!
Talk to Someone

If you’ve been having skin or sleep trouble, you might just be stressed! Whatever your problem is, talk to someone about it. You don’t need to bear the weight of all your problems, and someone else will be willing to help… all you need to do is ask.
Clean Yourself

History has shown that once humans figure out how to stay clean, they also become smarter, healthier, and happier! Plus your skin looks glowy, your hair gets shiny, you smell amazing… what are you waiting for? Get in that shower and scrub!
Clean Your Space

There’s no use having a healthy body in a dirty household. Whether it’s scrubbing up counters or picking clothes off the floor, take some time to clear your space! The less chaos you see on your floor, the less chaos you’ll have in your head, and the healthier your mind and body will be.
Drink Water

We’ve all heard this one before. Water is great for basically everything, and even if you start by drinking one bottle or glass of water today you’ll be way more hydrated than when you woke up. Not an enormous lifestyle change, but it’s a great place to start!
